Shack Events is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staffing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment of casual staff at our venues across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and selection of casual staff
- Onboarding and training of new staff members
- Event staffing fulfillment and coordination
- Compliance and administration
- Post-event review and analysis
Requirements:
- Previous experience in staffing major events or venues
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
