Staffing Manager

Lexington Catering is seeking a highly skilled Staffing Manager to join our team. As a Staffing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the workforce, ensuring that the right people are in the right place at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the scheduling and deployment of staff using online booking platforms.
- Ensure the right calibre and quantity of staff are booked for each site in line with their requests.
- Maintain clear communication between sites and the Central Support Team to ensure expectations are met.
- Work with the recruitment team to ensure staffing levels are aligned with business needs.
- Support with conducting interviews and the recruitment process.
- Responsible for securing confirmation of attendance of CST staff/agency from site management teams.
- Actively encourage staff feedback from sites and follow up with appropriate actions.
- Support the Talent & Resourcing manager with resolving customer complaints/staffing issues.
- Strengthen relationships and support business growth by conducting site visits and following up with documented actions.
- Ensure staff members have an active training plan, including mandatory trainings and refreshers.
- Ensure staff are supplied with the correct uniform and liaise with HR & Payroll Administrator for orders and supplies.
- Manage absence for all staff, conduct RTWs, and ensure HR & Payroll Administrator is kept up to date.
- Carry out regular coffee chats with staff and casuals, ensuring all staff reviews are completed and up to date on TT2.
- Ensure recharge sheets are completed and kept up to date, supporting Finance Administrator with recharge queries and processing of expenses.
- Ensure operational activities meet requirements in respect of COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, allergens, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and employees.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.

- Salary up to £35,000, including food & travel card allowance.
- Flexible working: full-time & part-time roles, varying shift patterns.
- 28 days holiday, increasing to 31 days after two years service.
