Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled 2nd Line Support Specialist to join our team at Searchability (UK) Ltd.

About the Role

  • As a 2nd Line Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.
  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Initially, this is a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension depending on workload and business needs.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues, including hardware and software problems.
  • Work with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
