About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team as a Technical Support Engineer. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing onsite 2nd Line Support to our customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers and clients via desktop support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
  • Work with mixed hardware and software issues, including Windows tech stack, including/up to 0365, and laptop hardware breakfix.
  • Utilize ServiceNow Ticketing System to manage and track technical issues.
Requirements
  • 2nd line support experience within the IT sector, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Previous experience of working with mixed hardware, software issues, and fixes.
  • Windows tech stack knowledge, including/up to 0365, and laptop hardware breakfix.
  • ServiceNow Ticketing System experience or similar.
  • Right to work in the UK.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of full PC rebuilds.
  • Previous work on decommissioning and packaging of devices.
  • Mac skills.
