  • Evaluate the risk involved when performing technical interventions on desktop hardware and software
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve incident resolution and desktop changes

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of desktop computer systems and related peripherals
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
