We are a specialist school in Oxford that supports children with Social and Emotional Mental Health Needs.

This is a great opportunity for an aspiring educational or occupational psychologist, therapeutic support worker, or SEN teacher to work with us.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Therapeutic Support Worker to work at our school. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology and be able to provide consistent, ongoing support to ensure the highest quality of care and child-centred support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children with Mental Health issues and Complex Needs
  • Working alongside trained therapists, counsellors, and psychologists
  • Providing consistent, ongoing support to ensure the highest quality of care and child-centred support

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Criminology (or similar field)
  • Experience working with SEN children and/or adults (desirable)
  • Level 3 qualifications+ and Degree qualification (desirable)

Salary: £85-£95 per day, Full-time Mon-Fri 8.30am to 4pm
