Award-winning Vulnerable People Support Third Sector Charity Service in Oxford, UK, is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Substance Misuse Day & Night Therapeutic Recovery Support Worker. This role involves working in a residential service to support adults with drug and alcohol issues.
Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate individual who can provide first-class recovery services in a holistic environment. The successful candidate will work as part of a team to organise and facilitate the evening running of the therapeutic community. This includes coordinating service users' tasks and activities, providing waking night cover, and ensuring risk is monitored and minimised.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience in substance misuse support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A passion for providing high-quality care and support is essential.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive rate of pay, between £16.05-£18.55 per hour, depending on experience. Additional benefits include free DBS disclosure certificates, dedicated consultants, and efficient payroll systems.
Salary: £17.30 per hour (estimated based on location and industry standards)
