Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Behavioural/Therapeutic Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing 1:1 and group support to children with behavioural and learning challenges, adapting teaching strategies for children with specific learning needs, including slow processing speeds.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role or relevant Level 2/3/4 qualification.
  • Proven experience supporting EYFS/KS1/KS2 children with behavioural and sensory needs.
  • A degree level education (preferred).
  • Ability to adapt under pressure and manage challenging behaviours.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (preferred).
