This is a term-time only role for our Bridge to Brilliance programme working with primary, secondary, and post-16 alternative provision for children aged 6 to 18 years. As an Education and Care Assistant at the Orchard Therapeutic Farm, you will be part of a small and nurturing therapeutic provision that focuses on building trusting relationships with young people.

Job Description:
  1. Provide care and support to children and young people within the therapeutic farm, promoting structure, consistency, and nurturing practices.
  2. Work closely with students and learning mentors to ensure their well-being and academic progress.
  3. Develop strategies to improve student engagement and confidence.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. A salary of up to £23,000 per year is offered, along with a yearly bonus and benefits such as company pension and on-site parking.
