At Phoenix Futures, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Community Residential Worker to join our team at Ophelia House in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of women, conducting assessments and developing personalized care plans.
- Embrace the community model to work with users, families, and networks to ensure everyone has the tools for long-term recovery.
- Delve therapeutic groups, activities, and specialized interventions as per the Therapeutic Community manual and service needs.
- Champion a culture that fosters compassion and development, ensuring a safe and compliant environment.
- Manage and coordinate the care process from admission to discharge planning.
- Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
