About the Role

Sandford Ward is seeking an experienced Community Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. As a Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for contributing to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care and treatment in the ward environment. You will work collaboratively with clients to meet their care needs, develop therapeutic relationships, and participate as a member of the nursing team in delivering care as prescribed in individual care plans.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a clinical/rehabilitation setting and possess a good command of the English language. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £34,000 per annum, 27 days annual leave, and a range of benefits including NHS Discount and Lease car scheme.
