Responsibilities and Requirements

This challenging and rewarding role requires the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers, delegate tasks where appropriate, and respond to service phone queries.

You will also be responsible for undertaking assessments of referrals, attending regular assessment and risk management training, and providing guidance to new support workers through induction.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have GCSEs in English and Maths, a genuine interest in mental health and wellbeing, and commitment to delivering Response Organisation's mission.
