We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the City Centre with parking. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our Account Managers and Directors, working Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.

The role involves conducting quarterly service review meetings, collaborating with the team to monitor performance, and ensuring timely review meetings are held and responded to.

You will be responsible for managing single and multi-asset moves, scheduling, and cooperating with the team on decision making, assigning applicable resources and capacity, and assigning crews based on skills, competency, and experience.

Key responsibilities include quoting to meet the 'time to respond' turnaround agreed, monitoring quotes to conversation, and planning routes effectively to maximize crew capacity and resource availability.

You will also respond to escalations, aborted works, and cancellations with re-routing, building in works pending to gap fill new availability, and providing opportunities to the client to bring works forward where beneficial.

As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will work in a friendly environment with free parking, a bonus, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, a pension, and your Birthday off.
