About You

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Severn Trent.

You will be working in our contact centre in Leicester, and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and will be responsible for resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and will need to be able to think on your feet and make decisions quickly.

However, you will also have the support of your colleagues and our training team, who will help you to develop the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers
  • Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working in a fast-paced environment and thinking on your feet
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with our customers
  • Contributing to the growth and development of our team
