Customer Service Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant Leicester office. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our customers feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers who have come to the end of their policy and are looking to renew.
  • Explain the reasons behind any changes to their quote and ensure they are comfortable with their new quote.
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
