Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Strive Supply Chain Services Ltd.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service by handling customer complaints, resolving issues, and implementing solutions that meet customer needs.

You will work closely with the Admin & Customer Services Manager to develop and implement customer service strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Analyze customer feedback and use data to inform customer service strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Salary and Benefits:

£25,740 + Benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
