We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Ipswich Magistrates' Court. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the court's operations and ensure the effective management of court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the administrative staff with daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members of the public

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, excellent communication and listening skills, and the ability to multitask. They will also be proficient in IT and Microsoft software packages.
