As a Business Communications Liaison, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate with the sales team to provide excellent customer support.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
