We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at OPPO. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing brand advocacy in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders
  • Conduct product training and demonstrations to retail staff to enhance their knowledge and sales skills

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales promotions and marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year sales or field marketing experience
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to use personal car for work
