Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Chinese Leading Automotive Company is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships with dealers, and monitoring customer journey execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and dealer network growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, providing training and support to ensure effective sales execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate dealer network performance, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead the development and execution of sales plans for key account customers.
  • Provide timely and insightful market analysis and competitor intelligence to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, commercial management, economics, automotive engineering, or machinery engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in automobile sales and dealer network management, with at least 5 years in a sales management role.
  • Strong resources and relationships with dealer groups and dealers.
