Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Chinese Leading Automotive Company is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships with dealers, and monitoring customer journey execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to drive business growth
  • Monitor and evaluate dealer network performance to provide analysis and recommendations
  • Lead the development and execution of sales plans for key account customers
  • Provide timely and insightful market analysis to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, commercial management, economics, or a related field
  • More than 10 years of experience in automobile sales and dealer network management, with at least 5 years as a sales manager
  • Strong resources and relationships with dealer groups and dealers
