- Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest complaints and issues
Requirements:
- At least 6 months' experience in hospitality administration
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum
