An exciting opportunity to join a leading Business School and globally renowned University. We are looking for a brilliant Operations Coordinator to help provide administrative support within the Business School on key school-related projects and processes in a fast-moving environment.

Working as a central part of the Dean’s office team, you will require excellent administrative and time management skills to balance multiple tasks in a variety of areas. You will be proactive in your approach, and work methodically and at pace. The post involves a high level of interaction with staff at all levels, including very senior staff, and occasionally external visitors, therefore you must combine a professional approach with a friendly and welcoming manner.

Given the sensitive nature of the information the post holder is privy to in this role, a high level of confidentiality and discretion is always expected.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- You will work directly with Head of Strategic Operations to support the administration of various projects and processes, including Business School HR, induction, reporting requirements, strategic projects, and information dissemination.
- You will also work with the Senior Leadership, including the Dean, Vice Deans, FOO, and Director of Operations and Planning, to support with ad hoc projects and administrative support when needed.
- Finally, you will also work with the wider Dean’s Office Team, playing a part in the support of business-critical events and meetings.

**Essential requirements**:

- A degree or proven experience at a similar level.
- Excellent administration skills gained in previous relevant role(s), preferably within Higher Education or a customer-focused sector.
- Previous experience in supporting multiple projects and managing conflicting or changing priorities.
- Experience of dealing with confidential or sensitive material.
- Experience of gathering, collating, and storing data appropriately.
- Confidence and experience in using a range of software and online tools, including Microsoft Office 365 products and other collaboration and survey tools.
- Proven ability to produce clear and professional written communication.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, use initiative and problem-solve.
- Able to work as a team player and be flexible in providing ad-hoc support to the Deans’ office team with various projects or activities.

Hybrid working may be considered for this role. Staff working in roles that are suitable for hybrid working will normally be expected to work 60% of their time onsite. The opportunity for hybrid working will be discussed at interview.
