Overview

The Operations Management Coordinator will oversee the successful delivery of sales orders to meet SharkNinja clients' expectations, provide customer service to our retailers and internal stakeholders, as well as perform general administrative tasks. This role will interface with freight providers, 3PL providers, and various clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Purchase Orders
  • Record and track order status
  • Validate inventory availability and allocation
  • Secure delivery date and time via client central booking
  • Follow the order fulfilment process until successful completion
  • Monitor and resolve system discrepancies
  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
  • Communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers
  • Plan and track shipments according to customer requirements
  • Keep logs and records of warehouse stock and executed orders

Requirements

  • Previous logistics experience is preferable, but a good attention to detail and being a team player are equally important
  • IT literacy and the willingness to learn are also relevant
  • Drive, ambition, and enthusiasm to deliver results and progress within the organisation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Resourceful, well-organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detail-oriented with the ability to take ownership, drive results, and manage projects to completion
  • High energy level with the ability to multitask and open to changing direction
  • A willingness to learn and adjust with the ever-changing demands of a fast-moving business environment
