We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Hospital Operations Coordinator to join our team at Spire Leeds Hospital. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to the Hospital Director, manage day-to-day activities, and maintain efficient working patterns.

Job Description:

The Hospital Operations Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the Hospital Director's workflow, including diary management, minute taking, and administration support. They will also ensure that the Hospital Director maintains realistic working patterns by good diary planning and organization of travel arrangements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the flow of work, including telephone calls, correspondence, and reports
  • Ensuring timely attendance at meetings and appointments
  • Assisting in establishing and maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in administration or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Salary:

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
