We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Coordinator to join our team at Lucy Walker Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for handling financial tasks, processing invoices, and managing supplier payments.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires a mix of finance and administrative skills. As a Finance Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate financial records and timely payments.

Responsibilities
  • Processing purchase invoices for UK and international suppliers
  • Arranging and managing supplier payments, including handling queries
  • Dealing with customer account queries and requirements
  • Handling VAT compliance in the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands
  • Preparing monthly financial reports and KPIs
  • Facilitating intercompany transactions between the UK and globally
  • Supporting the wider business with other key administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong experience working in a financial or accounting environment
  • Proficient in using Excel for data management and analysis
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new processes
  • Experience in a product-based company, ideally a similar SME environment in an all-encompassing role
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme, 25 days' annual leave, and flexible working hours.
