Job Description


We are seeking an Ambassador of Guest Experience to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every interaction is exceptional.



  • Welcome every guest and provide personalized service throughout their stay.
  • Engage with the team to ensure hotel quality and financial targets can be met.
  • Handle emails, phone inquiries, and other administration tasks efficiently.
  • Balance banking transactions for the hotel accurately.
  • Ensure Novotel standards are met and maintained at all times.
  • Competently take reservations and upsell where possible to maximize average room rates.
  • Assist with Food and Beverage services as required.
  • Attend training sessions by company during day time.
  • Work weekends and public holidays as part of the role.
