This is an exciting opportunity to join Egis in a leadership position and contribute to our growth strategy. You will be responsible for creating and developing functional strategies, developing budgets, policies and procedures to support the functional infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompany and support RBLD in implementing and monitoring the growth strategic plan.
  • Strategic intelligence and analysis, market studies, support in creating budgets and action plans for regions/countries.
  • Benchmark and share organizational and commercial best practices.
  • Participate in coordinating the network of representatives of all Business Line activities across the region.
  • Participation in the cross-functional dynamics of the Business Line, which covers the fields of building, low-carbon energy, water and the environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in development, construction, business or related field, required.
  • Experience ideally acquired in a consulting firm and/or a construction or engineering company, in a matrix organization.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Oracle databases.
  • Autonomy and ability to work on several projects in parallel and with different contacts (ComEx members, operational staff, etc.).
