About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Arboriculture Lead Climber to join our team at Hi-Line Contractors SW Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our arboriculture operations, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety, and motivating your team to perform at their best.

With a strong background in arboriculture and leadership, you will be confident in your ability to lead your team and ensure that everyone knows what is expected of them. You will also be responsible for ensuring that health and safety standards are adhered to and risk assessments are carried out.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years' leadership experience, as well as relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds NPTC Level 2 and 3. You will also need to be available for out-of-hours emergency works when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead your team and ensure that everyone knows what is expected of them
  • Ensure that health and safety standards are adhered to and risk assessments are carried out
  • Motivate the team and coach them to perform at their best
  • Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of tree-cutting equipment, processes, techniques, and health and safety standards
