Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Home Stylist to join our team at Redbrick Yorkshire Ltd. As a key member of our Retail Team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and delivering high-end retail services.

This is a part-time opportunity (25 hours) to support our Retail Team and work closely with the Store Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail, excellent communication skills, and a natural flair for interior design, styling, and store merchandising.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with customers via email, phone, face-to-face, and digital appointments to understand their needs and preferences
  • Create and present design plans to customers using industry-standard software such as VectorWorks and Photoshop
  • Manage customer databases and capture key customer data via Salesforce, Hero, and till processes
  • Work closely with the Interior Design Service (IDS) to identify leads for larger projects and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Meet sales targets by generating and maximising project revenue
  • Execute EPOS transactions efficiently and accurately, process payments, and complete associated transactional paperwork and processes
About You
  • Experienced retail professional with a background in interior design or styling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility regarding working hours
  • Tenacious, hardworking, and reliable individual with a creative problem-solving spirit
