A Learning and Development Facilitator is a key role at Avery Healthcare, driving performance and quality within our homes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our team, ensuring we have a competent and compliant workforce to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead trainer for a cluster of homes, delivering statutory and mandatory training.
  • Assist in identifying learning needs through collaboration with the L&D team and business operators.
  • Follow governance and quality assurance structures for learning activities.
  • Ensure all learning interventions meet diverse learner needs.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must embody Avery Healthcare's values: caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. A full UK driver's license, own transport, Level 3 Award in Education and Training or willingness to work towards, and Moving and Handling Instructor Qualification are essential.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including contributory pension scheme and excellent opportunities for career progression.
