Job Title: Residential Care Team Member

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our residential care team. The successful candidate will provide person-centered support to our residents, creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.

About the Role

The role involves working in a residential care environment, providing support and guidance to individuals with learning disabilities. You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £52,000 per annum, plus benefits such as holiday entitlement, sick pay entitlement, and employee assistance program. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in care or healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including weekends and shift work
