Job Title: Adult Care Worker

We are seeking a reliable and caring Care Assistant to join our team at Forest Care Limited, a family-owned and managed company with a commitment to delivering person-centered care.

Main Duties:

  • Assist residents who need help with daily living tasks such as dressing, undressing, bathing, and toilet needs.
  • Provide support for residents with mobility problems or physical disabilities.
  • Promote mental and physical activity through social interaction and engaging activities.

Requirements:

  • NVQ qualification (desirable but not essential, as full training is provided).
  • A genuine willingness to care for senior adults within a care home environment.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
  • Subject to a DBS check.
