Based at our brand-new care home, Elm Lodge in Hartley Wintney, Forest Care Limited provides residential care and offers a fantastic opportunity to set the foundations of an outstanding home.

We are a family owned and managed company with five care homes in Hampshire and Surrey. Our focus is on providing the highest standards of care to our residents, ensuring their ongoing welfare, comfort and needs are central to how we run our homes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, undressing, bathing and toilet use.
  • Support residents with mobility problems and/or other physical disabilities.
  • Promote the mental and physical well-being of residents through social interaction, outings and activities such as reading, writing and hobbies.
Key Requirements:
  • NVQ Qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • A genuine willingness to care for senior adults within a care home environment
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • DBS check required

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £10.00. Benefits include 28 days holiday (rising with years of service), enhanced pay for bank holidays, long service awards and ongoing training and development opportunities.
