Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Early Years Practitioner.

This is a part-time position working on an ad-hoc basis within one of our nurseries. As a Bank Staff Member, you will have the flexibility to choose when you work, while still enjoying the security and benefits of being an employee.

About the Role:

This role involves supporting nursery colleagues in delivering the EYFS framework, engaging children in entertaining and educational play, and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and education to young children
  • Support nursery colleagues in planning and implementing activities
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children (ideal but not essential)
  • Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
  • Ability to use various communication techniques with children and adults
  • Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding principles
