Training Facilitator for Care Homes

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Facilitator to join our team at Avery Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent care to our residents.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will lead a team of trainers, developing and implementing training programs to meet the needs of our care homes. This includes delivering statutory and mandatory training, collaborating with the L&D team and business operators to identify learning needs, and following governance and quality assurance structures for learning activities.
What You'll Need:- A Level 3 Award in Education and Training or willingness to work towards.
- A full UK driver's license and own transport.
- An understanding of adult education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
