Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Bank Care Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and empowering our residents to live their lives to the fullest.

Main Responsibilities
  • Delivering Care: Providing personalized care and support to residents during mealtimes and daily activities
  • Developing Care Plans: Collaborating with residents to identify their unique goals and develop tailored care plans
  • Facilitating Engagement: Facilitating opportunities for residents to explore new interests and participate in physical activities in a nurturing environment
  • Building Relationships: Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
