Sales Representative

With a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, you will have the stability and flexibility to balance your work and personal life. You will also have opportunities to work fewer hours if preferred, with contracted hours scheduled within specified availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store having experienced a great shopping trip.
• Work across the store in various areas, including service, picking and replenishment, to ensure that we meet the needs of our customers.
• Take ownership of products, handling them with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a team spirit, celebrating success and achieving our goals together.

• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• The ability to build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
