We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Bupa's Freelands Croft Care Home. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for supporting our chefs in preparing and serving delicious meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation, including plating meals and preparing food trolleys
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Monitor stock rotation and ensure all necessary supplies are available
  • Support with catering for special events, such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need a passion for food and previous experience working in a kitchen. A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is also essential.
