Clinical Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of clinic operations.
Main Responsibilities- Manage patient bookings, appointments, and correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including data entry, scanning, and filing.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
- Develop strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Contribute to the development of the department's services and processes.
- Act as a liaison between patients, clinicians, and administrative staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and protocols.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic patient record systems.
This role involves working in a busy Outpatient Department, interacting with patients, staff, and external partners. You will require flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service.
