About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth flow of clinic operations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage patient bookings, appointments, and correspondence.
  2. Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including data entry, scanning, and filing.
  3. Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, adhering to Trust policies and procedures.
  4. Develop strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
  5. Contribute to the development of the department's services and processes.
  6. Act as a liaison between patients, clinicians, and administrative staff.
  7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
