Job Summary

Our Client Accounts Coordinators are dedicated to building strong relationships with branch staff and managers to resolve queries efficiently.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service alongside financial administrative tasks to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience for our tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting branch staff with errors on the system and general queries via phone and Help Desk, within agreed Service Level Agreements.
  • Supporting Landlords with queries via phone and email.
  • Reviewing Landlord and Tenant ledgers/accounts.
  • Refunding demands and fees generated in error.
  • Setting up/amending charges for rent, commission, and other fees.
  • Transferring funds to balance ledgers.
  • Building strong working relationships with Branch staff and Property Managers.
