Cera Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to manage the delivery of high-quality care services. The successful candidate will effectively match Care Workers to Clients based on their care needs and proximity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of care services to Clients, ensuring high-quality care and efficient service delivery.
  • Match Care Workers to Clients based on their care needs and proximity.
  • Conduct regular care assessments and reviews to ensure Clients receive the best possible care.
  • Motivate and support Care Workers to deliver exceptional care services.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to ensure effective service delivery and high client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Registration with the SSSC (Scotland) or CIW (Wales).
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Care Coordinator for a Domiciliary Care Agency.
  • Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities.
