Front Office Coordinator

Blocktech MEP is seeking a highly skilled Front of House/Receptionist/Administrator to join their team in Worthing, West Sussex. As the primary point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage administration duties, and coordinate transportation logistics for luxury car storage facilities.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound telephone calls and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Support administration tasks, maintain databases, and ensure accurate records.
- Organize vehicle transportation, logistics, and collection.
- Invoice clients and update accounts software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and administration.
- Basic accounting skills or prior experience using accounting software.
- Valid driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
