Office Operations Coordinator

- Maintaining effective stock control systems
- Providing administrative support to the Factory Manager
- Communicating with suppliers and trades personnel
- Maintaining health and safety standards at the factory
- Preparing documentation for Trade audits
- Strong organisation and administration experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to change
- Experience of the construction industry (ideal but not essential)
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office
