Job Title: B2B Sales Team Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Team Leader to join our team at Paul Mitchell Associates. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives, and mentoring, training, and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and objectives
  • Mentor, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive improvements
  • Create a positive and motivating team culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration
  • Work closely with the sales director to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a sales leadership or management position
  • Adept at inspiring sales teams to achieve and surpass targets
  • Exceptional skills in coaching, mentoring, and training
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Driven by results with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Able to foster collaboration and build strong working relationships
