The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our property offerings and services effectively.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote the company's property offerings and services effectively.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital (SEO, PPC, social media), print, email marketing, and events.
  • Create and oversee content for websites, brochures, email newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with sales and lettings teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and suppliers, such as digital agencies, graphic designers, and printers.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, preparing regular reports on key metrics (ROI, website traffic, lead generation, etc.).
  • Lead branding and positioning initiatives to strengthen the company's image in the property market.
  • Oversee and optimize the company's website, ensuring it remains updated with fresh content and is SEO-friendly.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and analysing results.
