About the Position

We are currently seeking a qualified Mental Health Services Coordinator to manage an assigned caseload of adults diagnosed with substance use disorders, provide substance use counseling and the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and collaborate with Agency staff and other community resources to meet client service needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate case management services to support clients' transition into treatment and recovery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans that address clients' physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Promote health literacy and education among clients, families, and community members.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress and outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $52,788 – $56,549 per annum, with opportunities for professional growth and development. In addition, Northwestern Community Services Board participates in the Virginia Retirement System, offering a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees.
