Job Overview

This role is a key addition to the Workforce Systems team, supporting the drive towards data integrity in our Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system. The successful applicant will be vital in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data.

Main Responsibilities

The successful applicant will perform task-based work as part of large-scale projects on complex data sets. A keen eye for detail and careful consideration of the impact of data amendments is essential to work within a live database system.

The applicant will build positive working relationships with other professional users of our systems, to aid in data enhancements and system engagement. Our key stakeholders include recruitment teams, payroll, finance teams, corporate services functions, and rostering teams.

Person Specification

The successful applicant will have:

  • GCSE Level or equivalent, with English at C or above
  • Typing skills/qualifications such as RSA/OCR 3 or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office software packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience of working under pressure to strict deadlines
  • Effective communication with key stakeholders
  • An understanding of the importance of data integrity
  • Ability to focus and perform consistently on task-based projects
