About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Nurse to join our School Nursing team in Northampton. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children, young people, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess children and young people's holistic health and wellbeing
  • Partner with families and other professionals to promote healthy lifestyles and wellbeing
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to support children and young people's emotional and behavioural wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide a comprehensive service that meets the needs of children and young people
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse qualification
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
  • Ability to work flexibly and autonomously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of child development and health promotion
