Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Manager to lead our team of Social Workers in providing high-quality services to children and young people. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of legislation, policies, and procedures within the team, ensuring the promotion and safeguarding of children and young people's welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide Effective Child-Centred Services: Ensure that our services comply with legal, regulatory, and statutory guidance, leading to improved outcomes for children.
